Product & Customization
Do you support OEM/ODM customized services?
Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services for bulk orders, including:
- Custom logo printing (Silk screen/Laser).
- Customized color schemes for product shells.
- Bespoke packaging design with your brand identity.
What certifications do your power stations have?
All our portable power stations are fully certified for global markets, including CE, FCC, RoHS, UN38.3, and MSDS for safe shipping.
Procurement & MOQ
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ for power stations is 50 units. For auto accessories like data cables or floor mats, the MOQ is 200 units. We also support sample orders for quality evaluation.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We typically accept T/T (Bank Transfer), L/C at sight, and Western Union. For sample orders, PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance are also available.
Logistics & Warranty
How long is the lead time for mass production?
For standard products, the lead time is 15-20 days. For customized OEM orders, it typically takes 25-35 days depending on the complexity of requirements.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 2-year warranty for all portable power stations and a 1-year warranty for car accessories. In case of quality issues, we provide free replacements or technical support.
